Board of Directors Highlight

General (Ret.) John Coburn is the Co-Chair of the BonAero Board of Directors. Prior to joining BonAero, GEN Coburn ended his 39 years of military service in the role of Commanding General of the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC). During his time as a four-star general, GEN Coburn was in authority of all acquisition, contracting, research and development, and foreign military sales for the U.S. Army in his role with the AMC, with over 50,000 employees.

Highlighted Success: USAF

The USAF identified over 7500 items of ground support equipment (GSE) that represented only 2-4% of total annual spend dollars, but generated 62% of annual contract actions. Additionally, these items had sporadic demand, an unreliable supply chain, and cost <$10K per unit. The USAF proposed a Third Party Logistics (3PL) contract for the sourcing, procurement, and direct vendor delivery (DVD) of these items.
