We are problem solvers and partners with unparalleled management and technical expertise across many industries. We possess the leadership and know-how to solve virtually any problem, and in turn we provide the services and products our customers need to accomplish their own vital mission while adding value to their business. We know that every customer has a constantly growing need for experience, professionalism, flexibility, and responsiveness, and our goal is to be self-reliant and operate as a seamless extension of every customer’s business.

Every member of the Boneal team is fully committed to the collective well-being of all stakeholders – community partners, customers, suppliers, employees, & owners – and every member of the Boneal team knows that true success only comes through the synergy of selfless cooperation. In addition, Boneal is the partner that can always be counted on to make it happen. We are steadfast in our commitment to quality and excellence, and we strive to exceed all expectations in everything that we do.

Our Philosophy

At Boneal, we strive to maintain a work environment that fosters personal and professional growth for all employees. Maintaining such an environment is the responsibility of every staff person. Because of their role, managers and supervisors have the additional responsibility to lead in a manner that fosters an environment of respect for each person.

We encourage all team members to:

  • Maintain a continuous commitment to the Four Core Values in all areas of work:
  • Excellence, Capability, Responsibility, & Partnership;
  • Foster cooperation and communication among all team members;
  • Treat each other in a fair manner, with dignity and respect;
  • Promote harmony and teamwork in all relationships;
  • Strive for mutual understanding of standards for performance expectations, and communicate routinely to reinforce that understanding;
  • Encourage and consider opinions of other employees or members, and invite their participation in decisions that affect their work and careers;
  • Encourage growth and development of employees by helping them achieve their personal goals at Boneal and beyond;
  • Administer all policies equitably and fairly, recognizing that jobs are different but each is important, that individual performance should be recognized and measured against predetermined standards, and that each employee has the right to fair treatment;
  • Recognize that employees in their personal lives may experience crisis and show compassion and understanding.

Code of Conduct

Boneal is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct in its dealings with its customers, suppliers, and employees. As the nature of our business requires that we be especially attentive to the strict standards that government agencies and private-sector customers have established for their employees, we avoid even the appearance of improper conduct in our business dealings.

In accordance with Boneal’s business and ethics policies, all Boneal Holdings employees will conduct themselves to the highest standards of ethical conduct in all dealings with customers, suppliers, and employees.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following guidelines:

  • Boneal’s employees and members of their immediate families may not solicit or accept gifts, payments, or gratuities from our suppliers.
  • Boneal employees should avoid personal conflicts of interest, including those that arise whenever an employee has a financial interest, personal activity, or relationship that could impair the employee’s ability to act impartially.
  • Members of the Boneal team should remain committed to integrity in the reporting of our time.

“Every individual who comes in contact with our company – whether customer, employee, partner, supplier, or community partner – will understand that we set the standard of responsibility for corporate citizens and that we are genuinely concerned with their fundamental long-term well-being.”
